1. 456.0135, Florida Statutes, requires FDLE electronically fingerprints for students, interns, applicants, employees, providers, contractors through Livescan Service Providers who offer photo capability in compliance with the requirements of Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 435.04(1)(e), Florida Statutes. Florida Electronic Fingerprinting Services DOH livescan fees include fingerprinting, a photo, and submission to the Clearinghouse.
